ХОД УРОКА
I. Представление проблемной ситуации.
Let’s look at the pictures. Remember our previous lesson about the European
Union and the processes which are in the union. Can you guess our topic for
discussion today? How do we name the groups of people
at the pictures?
(Immigrants and emigrants).So the topic of the discussion is migration.
II. Мозговая атака .
Do you know the difference between immigrants and emigrants? Can you give the
definition to these two groups?
Immigrants are people who come to live in Russia . Emigrants are people who
move elsewhere.
Can you continue the phrases: the immigrants look for…. (jobs, places to live, new
life).
The emigrants hope for…(better life, career, financial stability).
III. Обсуждение и выдвижение гипотез.
Let’s discuss the questions why people come to live in Russia and why people in
Russia move elsewhere. There are a lot of reasons and you can name some of
them.
Integration.
Benefits.
Difficulties.
Finance.
Have you ever thought about migration from Russia and immigration into Russia?
How do you think which of these groups are larger immigrants or emigrants ?Who
is for immigrants? ( the students show the letter I )
Who is for emigrants? (the students show the letter E )

V. Обсуждение
в группах.

информации .
Remember you should divide different areas among all the members of the group.
Remember to follow the plan of project which is given at the blackboard. ( the plan
of the project).Find out the statistics and current trends (the newspapers ,the
Internet).The students share the areas and begin to organize their projects.
VI. Самостоятельная, исследовательская, поисковая работа учащихся в
соответствии со своими заданиями.
The teacher walks around to monitor the activity and offer the help if the students
need. The teacher limits the time.
VII. Промежуточные обсуждения, сбор и обработка данных.
The teacher walks around and encourages to do the discussions in English.
VIII. Оформление результатов проектной деятельности.
The students illustrate the points they make. The projects are full of designing
ideas.
IX. Защита проекта .Оппонирование. Дискуссия.
The groups present their projects. The teacher and the opponents ask questions.
X. Самооценка, внешняя оценка.
Do you get the information about the migration in Russia?
Do you remember our question about the groups? Can you answer this question
now? Your projects help us to answer the question. The largest group is the
immigrants.

XI. Выдвижение новых проблем.
The information, which is presented in your projects, gives us the idea of the
process of migration in Russia. This question reflexes the other issues emerged
from the projects (multicultural society, national identity).
As your homework, I want you to present the short essay about the national
identity .
